Becoming a member is easier than you think. Really.

Got $5? If you donate it to the Credit Union of New Jersey Foundation, a charitable organization supporting many local non-profits, you qualify to join.

Or, if you work for the State of New Jersey, a state agency, commission or authority (excluding Law and Public Safety) or any of our 200+ select employer groups, you’re also “in.” Retirees of these organizations and family members are also eligible to join.

Join Through Association

We’re also pleased to announce that any person can join and obtain a lifetime membership to the American Consumer Council (ACC) now through CU of NJ. The American Consumer Council is a non-profit membership organization founded in 1987 and boasts 228,000+ members and 54 state/regional/local consumer council affiliates. The ACC is dedicated to consumer education, advocacy and financial literacy.
