Touch Tone Teller

One call does it all.

We understand that not everyone has a cell phone, or there may be times you just can’t access the Internet. Don’t worry, you still have a way to manage your CU of NJ accounts remotely. Simply call our Touch Tone Teller at 609.538.4046 to reach this automated response service.

The first time you call, you’ll be asked for your account number, date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to create a six-digit Touch Tone Teller Personal Identification Number (PIN).

From then on, you’ll be able to:

  • Check account balances
  • Transfer money between CU of NJ accounts
  • Verify that a check has cleared
  • Make a withdrawal
  • Verify your Direct Deposit
  • Make loan payments
  • Take a loan advance
  • Check the status of a loan application

You’ll be able to conduct multiple transactions in one call, and these transactions will be itemized on your Account Statement. Because this is a completely secure system, the one thing you will not be able to do is make checks payable to other people or have them sent to another person’s address.
